Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping destination.
Separate Shipments
Some items may ship separately, especially if they are made by different production partners or come from different facilities. If this happens, you may receive more than one package or tracking number.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Ryeann is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other delays outside of our control.

International Shipping
