Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ryeann. Each item is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, wrong address entered by the customer, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopryeann@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at shopryeann@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can review the order and shipping information.
Lost package claims must be reported as soon as possible. For U.S. orders, if your package has not been delivered within 30 calendar days after shipment, please contact us within 7 days after that period. For international orders, if your package has not been delivered within 45 calendar days after shipment, please contact us within 7 days after that period.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if production has not started yet. Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted for production.
Sizing and Color
Please review all size charts, product descriptions, and color options before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect size or color selections made by the customer. Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Refund and Replacement Processing Time
After you contact us with your order issue and photos, we will review your request. If approved, replacements or refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days. Refund timing may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
